Mortgage Makers was established in 1991 to provide access for purchasers and owners of homes to have their application presented to a wide range of institutional lenders.  This is to obtain for our customers the very best rates and benefits available in Canada.

Service is another of our vital assets as we are available to meet our clients at their convenience whether it be evenings or weekends.  We will meet the client where it's convenient whether it be at their home, work or another locale.

When good credit and job history is evident Mortgage Makers Inc does not have any fee to their clients (other than CMHC / Genworth Financial insurance fees and application fees) to process and complete first mortgage financing at the very best terms and conditions.

We also provide secondary financing sources via private investors, primarily to meet those special needs of financing, whose requirements are not as straight forward as to command funding from prime lenders.

Our commercial brokerage department provides a full range of financial services.
