than the posted rates found at banks for their 5, 7, and 10-year
terms. These rates are established through the buyer's credit standing,
employment and the location of the home. With good credit, we charge
"No Fee" of any kind. The CMHC, Genworth Financial fees,
appraisal fees and legal fees as well as any other closing costs
are carefully explained to every borrower. Like you, we don't believe
in surprises!
